A few points to Note:
We are not responsible for your unused transport coupons and we do
not handle your
passports at anytime during Hajj period.
Cancellation of flight departure due to any circumstances including
weather conditions, or rescheduling of flights & timings will not be
our responsibility, we do not accept
any responsibility to this
effect.
Passengers are
responsible for their own belongings e.g. money, baggage, excess
luggage, valuables and
medical care if required. We will not be
responsible for (a) Loss of passport by Saudi Embassy or by the
Maullim's office in Saudi. (b) Visa problem of any kind. (c) Theft.
(d) Accident (e) Death during the journey.
We do not operate
travel insurance however passengers are strongly advised to make
their own travel
insurance arrangements. Transport for Tawaff-e
Ziyarat is not provided in any of our packages.
Persons who are
returning home on different dates from the main group will have to
pay for their own transport
from Makkah to Madinah to Jeddah.
If you are traveling
with a different airline from the main group you will be responsible
for arranging your own
flight confirmation back to the UK. We will
not take responsibility for any Hajjis who leave the group at
anytime wishing to travel on their own accord.
Mezbaan Tours (UK)
is providing a complimentary laundry service, however, we will not
be held responsible for
any problems that arise from use of the
service, i.e. damaged garments etc. Use of the service is at your
risk.
Food will not be
provided after the main group have departed for the U.K.
Payments must be received by the 1st of September 2008.
