NOTE: We strongly urge all our pilgrims to
acquire good booklets on performing Umra and Haj.
Further, they should make every effort to read
the parts of Qur'an where reference is made on
Haj. The Qur'an clearly states that the months
of Haj are well known and that its procedures
should be understood by the pilgrims. We also
suggest that you approach your Mosque or Islamic
Centres and seek out all the necessary
information from there especially on those "Rukns
- (aspects)" that apply to you in respect of
your particular School of Thoughts-ie.Imam
Hanafi; Imam Shafi etc.
Will there be any religious guidance during the
pilgrimage?
Yes, groups will be accompanied by guides (male
& female) who have experience in performing
hajj. Also, for specific religious guidance and
lectures, we have arranged for an Imaam to
accompany each group. Inshallah, the imama will
be available to answer any religious questions.
What type of Hajj will we be performing?
Inshallah we will be performed according to the

Tamattu - A pilgrim enters the state of Ihraam

After the completion of Umrah, this Ihraam is
removed and another state of Ihraam is adopted
before 8th Dhul Hijjah with the intention of
performing Hajj.

with the intention of performing Umrah & Hajj.
On reaching Makkah, a pilgrim first performs
Umrah and then performs Hajj in a single state
of Ihraam

as a jumper. The rest of the time you will need
cool, comfortable clothing that is easy to move
in.

This can be done through services provided by

What happens if the date of Hajj changes due to
moon sighting?
Our itinerary has been set according to the
official Saudi calendar, however, if due to the
actual sighting of the moon the day is adjusted,
we have no control over this and will have to
adjust the programme accordingly. We cannot
prepare for this eventuality in advance and will
do our utmost to make alternative arrangements.
What is the last date for booking?
We do not have a published deadline for bookings
- our capacity is limited once we sell the last
seat for a particular package, we will not be
able to accept any further bookings. Our
packages are very popular and sell very quickly
- we therefore recommend that you book as soon
as possible.
You use private buses - what are the benefits of
this?
Most groups use government buses which are
shared by many groups - during busy times there
can be a long wait for buses to be allocated to
you. We use private buses this means the buses
are allocated to us throughout the tour and are
at our disposal at any time, especially during
the days of rites. This way we can also ensure
that the quality of the buses is good.
I am a lady - Can I travel without a Mahram?
A condition of Hajj is that all women must be
accompanied by a close male relative (Mahram) -
we are unable to accept any bookings from lone
females.
Can I book a Haram facing room in Makkah or Madinah?

Yes, the Hajj drafts as required by the Saudi
government are included.
